E~S.T.E.A.M

Bio: E~S.T.E.A.M is a fitness DVD for the tween age group, designed to build confidence and teach a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Twitter: @esteamgome Mission Tweens practicing a healthy lifestyle while building self esteem from the inside out giving them a strong base for good decision making and motivational path to their personal dreams. Philippians 4:13 ~ I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. ~ (My favorite Bible verse!) Company Overview E~S.T.E.A.M stands for Elizabeth's Stand for Tween Exercise and Motivation. As a teenager growing up, it is difficult to fit in and yet stay true to the morals and values you hold. You need the highest esteem from within to carry the strength to fight the battles you will no doubt have to face. Unfortunately, the battles are engaging girls much earlier in youth and your esteem needs to be built earlier and on a stronger foundation...from the inside out! Feeling good and being happy in your life gives you the confidence to be who you are and who God wants you to be. These personal views led Elizabeth to develop E~S.T.E.A.M. Through this example of a fitness video she wants to reach out to all girls and encourage them to make healthier choices in their lives. There is a warm-up, cardio, abs, & cool-down on the DVD to four fun motivational songs. When you exercise you automatically feel better about yourself! It is a proven fact that if you feel like you look good, then you feel better about yourself! Tweens are normally left out of the exercise circuit, however, the program is not designed to make girls look a certain way but to help them feel better about themselves. Exercise is just one form to gain good self esteem. This program is designed to implement good life lessons and morals to help set you in the right direction of achieving your own dreams! Description Our motto: "Go Me!" ~Be your biggest fan~Be proud of who you are~Go confidently in the direction of your dream!
